1. What We Collect
When you contact Morgan, submit the questionnaire on the Independent Artist page, or request a free consultation, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any answers, messages, or project details you choose to share.
We also collect basic technical and marketing attribution data automatically, including UTM parameters, ad click identifiers (such as Meta's fbclid), the page you arrived on, and standard analytics events via the Meta Pixel.
2. How We Use It
We use this information to respond to your message, send you the specific recommendation or confirmation you requested, follow up about booking a consultation, and understand which marketing channels are working so we can run our advertising responsibly.
3. What We Don't Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and respond to you: Netlify (site hosting and form storage), Google/Gmail (sending email), Calendly (scheduling consultations), and Meta (advertising and analytics via the Meta Pixel). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
5. Email Communications
If you provide your email, we may send you the specific information you requested (a recommendation, booking link, or reply to your message) as well as reasonable follow-up about your music project. You can unsubscribe from ongoing marketing email at any time using the link in that email, or by emailing us directly.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up about working together, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@morgantaylorreid.com.
