How a session runs
Before
You get a short prep email — what to have open, how to connect your audio, and one question: the specific thing you are stuck on. Vague sessions waste the first twenty minutes.
During
We listen together at full quality while you drive. I tell you what I am hearing and why, you make the move, we listen again. You will hear the difference in the room.
After
You get the recording of the call and a short written summary of what to do next, in order. Most of the value shows up the following week, when you apply it alone.
